FANTASY WORLD, Batangas
Remember Snow White, Cinderella, Belle, Jasmine, and all the other princesses? I bet you sure do. And of course, let's not forget their prince's. The stories of which these damsels in distress waiting for their knight and shining armor to save them. Our childhood would never be complete without bedtime stories, right? And for sure not only in the stories you dreamt of becoming one. We never outgrew them, in fact we share same stories to our children today and will probably to the next generations as well. We love them, not only the fictional details but also the lessons teached in each life story.
Good thing, our new technology let us not only hear and picture them out of the books but also see them vividly in the bigscreen. Wow! But, did you ever wonder becoming a princess too? Hmm, Sharing my personal view, I did love seeing them in their lovely dresses and how they met their prince. So ok, let's cut the dramas there.
Isda and I went somewhere relaxing that time ,but before heading home we've decided to take a re-route. Actually, this is not our stop and we have no idea that it's also on our way. So yeah, as we drive thru the town, I saw this enchanting place. Guess what? We've passed over it already, But yeah changed plans, decided to go back and patiently waited for it to open.
Wanna know what and where this place is?
This enchanted place is called Fantasy World, located at Diokno Highway, Lemery Batangas. For 20years to now, this place was abandoned and construction were not finished due to the owners financial problem. This should have been the disneyland of the Philippines. Sad right? Nevertheless, this place is still active as shooting grounds for some local movie films. This is also great for debut and wedding photoshoots. The castle of which lies over the verdant hills of Lemery. It opens from 8am until 6pm.
How to get there?
π It would be a hassle free if you have a private car since the place is out of the path. If you came from Manila, just use your bestfriend, waze. You can easily locate it.
π Buses and vans bound to tagaytay and lemery Batangas are easily accesible as well in the terminals . Be sure to ask the drivers that ply thru Fantasy World route.
I've heard that jeepneys and tricycles are out of the league and seldom passes this way, so be sure to find a ride back, otherwise you'll end up walking. Besides you need to walk a bit more far going to the entrance. There are tricycles for rent, but a bit pricey and will cost you a fortune. So I highly recommend to visit the place if you have a private car and it's on your itinerary.
Entrance Fees:
It costs 100 pesos for each. Unlimited time staying. Before you enter the premises they will ink-mark your arm which serves as your entrance tickets.
What to see?
✔️There are castles inside just like your fantasy stories.
✔️There is also a small store which sells souvieners and cold beverages to pacify you from the hot weather, however it's a bit pricey.
✔️ Verdant greens all over the place, so you can smell the air's freshness around.
✔️ Maze gardens
✔️ Tree house
✔️ Flower-bearing plants
There is nothing much to do inside. You can actually spend 1-2hours of stay in
the place. So if you include this on your
itinerary be sure to have a
side trip. There are lots of other places to visit in Batangas and Tagaytay, so be sure to have a look.
π You can have your photoshoots all over the place. Create your own princess for a day and relive your dreams. Go girl! The stage is all yours❤️
π Chase your partner in the maze garden.
π Rent a costume. There you have to pay for renting their medieval themed costumes all day. It
would be more fun having your OOTD's. Let your inner beauty stand out!
π Climb the tallest castle, which we never did. I find the place creepy though, probably because of the peaceful sorroundings.
π Climb the tree house, here you can see the castle from a far and have an amazing view of the greenery. Be careful as the stairs are a little bit steep.
π Find some quiet and peaceful time for youself, the place is so serene. You are one with the nature, so find time to relax and exhale all the stresses you been carrying.

Although we did not spent much of our time there, I have enjoyed it. It felt like surreal, feeling lika a princess living in a castle. But my edge to them is that I already have my Isda.♥️♥️♥️ Enjoy!
